Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. We ship Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship across India.

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (based on your location)

• Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer
  Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above 500/- rupees.

• ₹49 shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

4. Order Delays or Issues
If we face unexpected delays, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp. We closely track courier issues to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

5. Packaging
We use tamper-proof and eco-conscious packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

6. Non-Delivery
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply. Exchanges won’t be processed until the original parcel is returned.
