Return and Exchange policy

Thank you for shopping with Cartoonm.com. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with a clear, parent-friendly return and exchange policy.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only — for size issues or product defects. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If the requested size is not available, you may choose another design of equal value.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a quick replacement after verification.

6. Exchange Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you once the replacement item is shipped.
